Allegro Reformer –Pilates on the reformer. Strengthen your core, improve your posture, and stretch using the spring resistance if the Reformer.
Pilates Mat - Pilates floor exercises for core strength, posture, flexibility and balance. Appropriate for any age or fitness level.
Iyengar Yoga - Iyengar Yoga emphasizes proper alignment using props. Yoga Classes run 90 minutes.
Tai Chi – Yang style. Gentle and graceful exercise originally from China. Sequence of movements improve muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and immunity. Classes are taught as a series of six.
Zumba – A fusion of Latin dance and fitness. No dance experience or partner needed for FUN and aerobic fitness! Learn Latin Dance steps while toning and conditioning.
